Since 1996, the offices of James L. Knoll, P.C. have been located in the Holman House at 1500 SW Taylor. It’s not just any house mind you, but a meticulously restored and carefully appointed Victorian home. Decorated to be comfortably appropriate, our office has a way of putting your clients at ease the second they walk in.
At Knoll Mediation, we think agreement and cooperation begin by making both sides feel comfortable. The events that lead up to the need for mediation or arbitration are frequently stressful and divisive; which is all the more reason to make the environment for settlement as pleasant as possible.

Located at 1500 SW Taylor, our offices are centrally located and provide easy access to downtown and most major thoroughfares in and out of Portland. Our "home" is easy to find and we have plenty of free parking available.
